SHIPPING
All items are posted 1st class recorded post via Royal Mail unless otherwise specified on the
item description (e.g. the WWE Jakks Official Scale Wrestlemania 2 Steel Cage Ring).
We are not liable or responsible for any item that is lost or damaged during postage, we
always obtain proof of postage.
Guaranteed 24-hour postage is available upon request, please contact us prior to purchase
for postage charges. At this time we are unable to allow collections. If you wish to collect your item please
contact us before you come so we can have your item ready and we don’t dispatch it, please collect from the
address below. The collection shop is also our Mobility shop.
PAYMENT
You can make payments either via paypal, by phone with your Credit/Debit Card or by sending a

All items purchased before 3pm Monday – Friday and 11pm Saturday and payed for by
Paypal or Credit/Debit card are posted the same day. Items that are payed for via
cheque will be posted upon the funds clearing.
RETURNS
Faulty/Damaged:
We must be notified on the day of item being received about any fault/damage (This DOES
include DVD’s, CD’s and games). The faulty/damaged item must be returned within 7 days
with proof of purchase via recorded post. Upon the item being received by us, it shall
be surveyed for the fault/damage, a replacement will then be sent if stock is available
or a refund given if not.
Unwanted Items:
We must be notified prior to any item being returned as unwanted, they must be returned within 7
days of the item being received, in an unused condition with the original packaging in a re-saleable
condition, with proof of purchase in original shipping packaging via recorded post. (DVD’s, CD’s and
Games must still be in they’re original wrapping and boxes unopened). Upon receiving items we will
ensure that they are in a re-saleable condition prior to us giving any refunds. Refunds will only be
given the same way as we received payment (e.g. Paypal for Paypal, Card for Card or Cheque for Cheque).
